FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort

Everything about FIVE Zurich was amazing. At check in the guest agent at the reception was very pleasant and pretty much everyone I dealt with during my stay. The room and everything in it was top notch. The location is super, a hideaway from the city yet in the city. The bus and train station are close, you have to walk 5-7 min but count it as part of your daily exercise. I’m so glad I chose it. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel area is quiet with a mountain and forest view.The rooms are modern and comfortable. The reception staff are respectful and pleasant, especially the receptionist, Miss.Maria. There is a bidet (Shataf) in the bathroom, and this is one of the best features of the hotel. The food is excellent and delicious in hotel restaurants. The breakfast place is comfortable and the food is varied.We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. Dinner was included in the room reservation, and we enjoyed watching the city fireworks from the hotel balcony.The general atmosphere of the hotel takes an advanced degree of excellence.I recommend the hotel to families and couples coming for tourism, tranquility, and relaxation.

From check-in to checkout, my experience was exceptional. I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Amindra, who demonstrated remarkable professionalism and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. What truly stood out was the seamless manner in which the Mr. Amindra and his team handled my needs—something that even some other 5-star hotels might have struggled with. Every request was met with an enthusiastic “YES,” and they always found a solution promptly. It was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations.

I recentlystayed at FIVE Zurich, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is located about 3–4 kilometers from the city center, but getting there is easy due to good train connections. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named George, who took the time to introduce me to the hotel and its facilities. I didn’t feel the need to dine outside the hotel because the food offered was truly good. Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting some of the kindest and most professional waitstaff I’ve ever encountered. A special mention goes to the wonderful staff member who, outside of her working hours, kindly offered to take photos of me around the hotel. Her gesture truly enhanced my stay. Overall, my experience at FIVE Zurich was remarkable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The combination of outstanding service, convenient location, and excellent amenities made my stay unforgettable.

I rarely write reviews but this one was a MUST. this hotel was nothing but AMAZING. the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the interpersonal relationship that the staff develops with their guests seeking their utmost pleasure and comfort is no where to be found. A huge shout out to David (concierge) for being only 1 text away ANYTIME of the day to satisfy our needs. Also thanks to Jamal Khaldoun for the best trip plan/advices and the car rental. Again I mention, the STAFF was awesomeee, each and every one absolutely awesome!! and the fascility was superb in every way!
